All deliveries are recorded and will require a signature upon transfer, if you are unavailable please ensure someone is at the address stated to sign for the delivery. Alternatively have the parcel delivered to an alternative address such as your place of work. If for some reason there is nobody to sign, a card will be left by carrier with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or a pick up from your local delivery office. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands may take up to 5 working days. Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day

Express Next Day Delivery: £5.99

This service is for United Kingdom customers only. From Monday to Thursday orders must be made before 1pm to ensure next day delivery. Next day delivery parcels cannot be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or any bank holidays. Orders placed after 1pm Thursday will be delivered the following Monday. Guaranteed delivery before 6pm, please ensure to be available to accept and sign for the parcel. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item or items to us in their originally condition and all tags intact within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt. When trying on items of clothing, please make sure that they do not come in contact with anything that may mark or add scent to them, for e.g. Perfume, deodorant, smoke etc. We will be unable to accept any returned item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been adhered to. The item or items must be returned to us by post enclosed with the returns note stating the purpose of return and any other enclosed documentation

When sending an item(s) back it is your responsibility that it reaches us safely. We recommend that you send item(s) back using a recorded delivery service that insures you the value of the goods. Please keep all proof of postage safe until you receive your refund. All products purchased from timefornewclothes.com must only be returned to us by post and can not be returned to any other tfnc store or concession. Products purchased from stores and concessions cannot be returned to us, they have to be returned to the store they were purchased from. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that have not been purchased from this website. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. This is outside of our control. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your card or bank statement. We will only Refund the same card from which the original payment was taken from.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange goods for a different size or colour of the same style. However, we do not exchange different styles.
To exchange different size or colour, please fill out returns/exchange form and send item back to the Returns Department. Items will be sent out to you by Standard Delivery. If the size you require is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund.

Faulty or Wrong Item(s)

Although all products are checked before dispatch mistakes can still be made. If the item you received is faulty or not what you purchased, please contact customer services quoting your order number, name, address, product details and the reason for return. We will then contact you and advice on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt to return it to back to us.

Delivery costs will also be refunded if the product dispatched is faulty or if the wrong item were to be received.
